The movie 'Gone with the wind' and how Scarlett never wants to worry about whats happening today.--"I can't think about that right now, I'll think about that tomorrow."

Talk about a Chola, Scarlett shoots a guy in the face for walking upstairs.

You're right, babycholo. I looked into it and Scarlett O'Hara was a chola!

This is from her Quinceañera:

The first thing I think about when I hear "Smile Now, Cry Later", Bob fucking Rosie in the orange groves happy as a lark busting a nut, then crying upon hearing the news of his brothers death, "RIIITTTCCHIIIEEE".
RIP to a Chicano Legend. Ricky Zuela bka Ritchie Valens.

"My granddaddy was a full blooded Yaqui Indian, they don't know who their messing with!"-Connie was a Chola!

First thing to come to my mind is my parents and old skool music specifically Sunny and the Sunliners.

I think of my big sister La Smiley taking me cruising in Santa Ana with her homegirl Valerie (sheet, I can't remember Valerie's chola name), playing mixed tapes of lowrider oldies in the car. I was probably 10 or 11 years old at the time. Good memories.

well, i think of what it means as far as one showing their emotions, or having the ability to control them. the facade of being emotionally stable is good for it keeps others calm, it shows streangth, and it is definetly a good thing for a person to have if they are in a position of power or leadership. honestly though, i could never adhere to this "philosophy". i wear my emotions on my sleeve, and its nearly impossible for me to hide them.

Sadness! Period. Brings back more sad memories than anything else. When I hear SNCL, the song always comes to my mind, thus producing sad memories. This is a ling to a page I found with a sick ass drawing of SNCL: West Side to the heart! www.ogstylestreetwear.com/ogvideos35

My interpretation:
Remain on the up and up ,strong and in control
even when life has got you down

or

A means to an end
but i guess that would be :
"Cry now Smile later"
